1. Tuition is to be paid every two weeks in advance.
This fee, which is agreed upon between you and DJ's Daycare, is to be paid on the Friday before the weeks your child attends. Your payment must reflect the days and times your child is registered for, not the actual days your child attended. If tuition has not been paid before the beginning of the upcoming two weeks, there will be an additional fee of $25.00. If payment has not been made by the following day, your child will not be accepted into daycare. There is a $25.00 fee for each check returned and only cash will be accepted after a check has been returned for non-payment.

2. There are no refunds for days missed due to illness or holidays.
This space has been reserved for your child and staff have been hired accordingly. Days missed due to illness or holidays may not be traded for future dates. After 6 months of enrollment we allow each family 2 consecutive weeks vacation. Formal notice must be given 2 weeks in advance and vacation slips must be signed for our records.

3. Picking your child up after 6:00 pm will incur a late charge of $1.00 per minute.
Repeat abuse of our 6:00 pm pick up time may be cause for suspension or dismissal.

4. A two week notification, in writing, is required when withdrawing your child from DJ's Daycare Center. Tuition is due as long as your child is registered, whether or not they are in attendance.

5. Parents must sign in and out each day your child attends.
Every child will be on a 30 day trial period at DJ's and will be assessed at the end of the period by the Director at DJ's Daycare Center. You have 30 days to provide health statements signed by an RN or Physician. On the first day of arrival your child must be accompanied with current immunization records.
